Welcome to Nebulas and Knots. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
All artwork, macramé, and handmade products are final sale, especially customized pieces.
We work closely with customers to ensure satisfaction. Final payment is only collected once the customer confirms they are happy with the finished product.
A flat starting price is provided for each project. If high-cost materials or design changes are requested after the initial quote, these will result in additional charges — which will be communicated clearly before work continues.
For certain custom pieces, a non-refundable deposit of 25% to 50% may be required to begin work.
We will provide an estimated completion date at the time of order. If any delays occur, we will notify you promptly.
In the case of significant or excessive delays, a discount on the final cost may be offered as a courtesy.
Once an order is shipped, responsibility for the item passes to the shipping carrier.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items during transit.
Any shipping damage claims must be handled through the shipping insurance purchased at checkout.
Tracking details will be provided when available.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts if we suspect misuse or violation of our terms.
