Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

We take great pride in the quality and care behind every product we create. Please review our policy carefully before placing an order.
Due to the nature of our handmade and customized products:
All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or returns for any item, including original artwork, custom pieces, macramé, or other handcrafted creations.
Customized work is approved by the customer prior to final payment. This ensures satisfaction with the result before the transaction is completed.
We do not offer exchanges under any circumstances.
Some custom orders may require a non-refundable deposit of 25% to 50% of the final cost before work begins.
If significant changes are requested that increase the cost, we will notify you and request the adjusted amount.
Final payment is only due once the customer approves the finished piece.
We ship using trusted carriers and always recommend purchasing shipping insurance.
Once an order leaves our possession, responsibility for any damage or loss falls on the shipping provider.
If shipping damage occurs, please contact the carrier directly using the insurance coverage purchased at checkout.
